Refund and Return Policy

Scrambler Enterprises, doing business as US Solar Shop, offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ussolarshop.com. Please note: Returns must be sent to the address provided on your Return Authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues:


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Freight and LTL shipments must be photographed (box, packaging, product, and damage) within 24 hours of delivery for a valid claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

If you have questions about your item’s eligibility, contact us before ordering.

Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.


Exchanges:
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item. After the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet shipped.

Cancellations of Custom Orders:

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as these items are created specifically for your order.

Return Shipping Fees, Restocking Fees, and LTL Freight:

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Re-consignment fees (if applicable)

  • Restocking fees

Most freight/LTL returns incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

If you are exchanging an item for another product, we may be able to help offset some costs depending on the item.

Shipping Times:

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Shipping delays may occur due to carrier conditions outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience in these cases.

Customer Responsibilities (Please Read):

By placing an order with US Solar Shop, you acknowledge the following:

  • I must inspect my delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.

  • I am responsible for return shipping costs and outbound shipping for exchanged items.

  • I understand items must be returned unused and unopened unless defective.

  • I understand that returns after shipment may incur shipping and restocking fees (typically 25%).

  • I understand that once an order has shipped, I cannot receive a full refund.

 

Warranty

Warranty policies vary by manufacturer.
Each product page provides specific warranty details.

Warranty claims apply to product malfunctions that occur over time—not damage at delivery. Damage on arrival must be reported within 7 days (or within 24 hours for freight/LTL shipments).

 

BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions:

Both items must be returned for a full refund.
If only one item is returned, you will receive store credit or a replacement of that item only.

If your order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks:

Scrambler Enterprises (DBA: US Solar Shop) works hard to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
If you have not received your product or have concerns, please contact us first—we are here to help.

Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft and will be handled accordingly.
