Scrambler Enterprises, doing business as US Solar Shop, offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all accessories, cables, mounting hardware, and documentation included.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained before sending the item back. Email support@ussolarshop.com to request approval.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any damages during transit.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Restocking Fees:
- Standard returns (items shipped via parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx): a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Freight/LTL returns (large items such as solar kits, battery racks, and inverters shipped via freight carrier): a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Freight and LTL shipments must be photographed — including the box, packaging, product, and any damage — within 24 hours of delivery for a valid damage claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Solar panels, inverters, batteries, or any components that have been installed or wired
- Custom or made-to-order solar kits or systems
- Items with broken seals, missing accessories, or altered serial numbers
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun. All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
Customer Responsibilities
- Inspect delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours (freight/LTL) or immediately upon receipt.
- Responsible for return shipping costs and outbound shipping for exchanged items.
- Items must be returned unused and uninstalled unless defective.
- Once an order has shipped, a full refund is not available.
Shipping Times
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Warranty
Warranty policies vary by manufacturer. Each product page provides specific warranty details. Damage on arrival must be reported within 7 days (or 24 hours for freight/LTL shipments).
BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions
Both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive store credit or a replacement of that item only. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Scrambler Enterprises (DBA: US Solar Shop) works hard to resolve any issue quickly and fairly. Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft and will be handled accordingly.
